esok 16 may.....mybe bg org2 yg dah berkerja xde pape pun 16 may tu...
tapi ingat x mase zaman skola dulu2...kalau esok tu ade sambutan hari guru kat skolah.. konfem malam tu sibuk nak cari hadiah nak bagi cikgu =P
best nye la jadi cikgu eh..tiap2 tahun dpt hadiah dari ank2 murid hihi...

tibe2 tringat mase zaman study dulu....bile dah kje nih baru la rase yg zaman study dulu2 tu sronok la sgt..xyah nak pikir2 masalah2 n kotmitmen....
punyela rindu sgt2 moment tu...n baru sedar aku nih dah tue la gak rupenye hihi =P

pastu ringan plak la tgn nih mlihat2 gamba2 lame mase time study2 dulu....

hari nih aku balik keje awal sikit..sebab tringin plak nak gi pasar malam...dah b'bulan x mrayau kat pasar sek 6 tu...hu3 sampai akak roti goreng tu tanye aku gi mane lame sgt xnampak =P

lepas dah knyang mlantak char kuew tiaw..lepak2 la kat depan t.v sambil mlihat2 kalau2 ade surat untuk aku...sebab suspen nak tengok bil hpn sendiri hihi

ade 4 org anak tp yasmin nih la yg plg fav. skali....so bile nmpak jek gamba tu, tibe2 automatik trus b'genang wahahahahahah...adeiiii seb baik xde adik2 aku kat depan time tu...

my first fluffy donut =)

hari tu mase blk kg, my pak long ade aja camne nak buat donut yg fluffy.....hu3 sgt sodap hingga xckup makan 2 3 bijik!! sebab tu trus amik pen salin resipi pak long & amik kursus 7 minit m'buat donut b'same pak long singapore ku =)

aku plak main salin jek kat kertas photostat ic mak.. yang aku kutip dalam beg ayah =P
(tu jela yg sempat aku capai) so disebabkan lagi 4 5 bulan konfem kertas nih akan hilang...aku pun m'ambil iktibar dari kes2 yang lalu untuk aku tulis resipi nih dlm blog..sebab resipi yg lepas2 time nyalin punyela smangat pnjg bjela...lps 4 bulan ntah kemane kertas 2 wahahahaha =P

resipi donut:

(bahan A)
-sdikit tepung gandum
-2 sudu serbuk yis
( dicampur ngn sdikit tpung + air suam dan dibiarkan smpai b'buih2)

(bahan B)
-1 cwn serbuk kentang
-2 sudu gula
-1 sudu kcil garam
-2 sudu susu pekat manis
-sdikit butter@minyak jagung
-tepung gandum
(bahan B dicampur & di adun sebati dengan air suam)




Methods:

-A + B dicampur dan di adun sebati, biarkan doh shingge ia naik sendiri dlm 45 min-sjam
-bile doh dah naik & gebu, bole la dibentuk...letak sdikit tepung untuk elak kan doh mlekat2..




- biar kan dalam 10 min untuk donut tu naik gebu sikit..
-panas kan minyak dan bole la start m'goreng..
- angkat bile dah kuning...
-sira kan dengan gula halus...
-mkn panas2 mmg sodappp =)

err dari gamba yg kat atas nih...bile aku tengok balik memang amatla xsnonoh rupenye hihi...
memang aku kalau bab2 seni nih memang fail!! hihi xkisahla rupe jek agak xcumey tapi janji rase nye sodappp!! hihi =)
